The Penny Black Changed the World project saw more than 400 children take part in history and art workshops in 2006, thanks to a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. The image on the postcard shows collages by pupils based on the Penny Black and Prince Albert stamp designs - colourful and unusual!
