Postcard entitled "The Demise of The Penny Black" produced by Quick Brew in assocation with The Royal Mail. 2004 250th Anniversary of the Royal Society of Arts 1st class stamp, (SG 2473) featuring the Penny Black and commemorating Sir Rowland Hill who was the first RSA Albert Medal in 1864 for his postal reforms and the introduction of the Penny Post, affixed to the front. Subsequently tied with an RSA Rowland Hill & The Penny Post Birmingham special first day of issue handstamp. Please note, very small mark on the reverse in upper right hand corner but overall card is in good condition.
